Caardvarks - Happy New Year - My first attempt with real stitching

At Caardvarks they are celebrating new year with this great sketch.
I've made a card for a newborn baby boy and have done my first ever stitching on a card.
I've made paper buttons with my EK button punch and decorated the with Glossy Accent and blue thread.
I've used white bazzill, blue and white dotted paper from Mellissa Frances and white embossed paper with baby details from Inspiration. I've used Maria Stewart edgepunch on the white paper. The sentiment is from NorthStarstamp, it says , in dialekt , Congrat's with the little one....  ( free translation there )
Over at the Secret crafter saturday challenge their theme at challenge #64 is new beginnings, so I enter this card for this challenge as well.
