Out of all the great items Basically Bare have I had to pick three of my favorite products which was not an easy task with so much to choose from, but here goes.
Number 1
Basically Bare - Basically Embellies - Bare Booklets - Mixed Media Album - Polly's Pockets
First of all I just LOVE this booklet - mix media album.I could use it for so many things like album, sketchbook, AJ book etc. but for this project I would love to use it as a travel book. We are going to Fanø in Denmark this easter which is where we have our holiday home.
I want to cover the book with gesso, mist, paint and maybe some ledge paper, but also leave some of the chipboard and cardstock bare in all its beauty. During the holiday I would love to fill the book and pages with colors inspired from the scenery at the island, do some Art Journaling, write down stories and happenings from our stay. I want to add some pictures from things and places we love at the island. Some of the pockets could contain findings from Fanø.I truly love the pockets and the loose pages inside them.

Basically Bare - Basically Embellies - Bare Basics - Cardboard and Chipboard Pieces - Happy Little Houses Set
These houses are so versatile. I can use them in the book, maybe with some gesso and stamping or some white and black paint to resemble our house on Fanø. I could mist them and of course do some doodling. I would also love to use these houses on cards, along with washi tape or distress ink.
Info: These embellishments from Basically Bare are designed with you in mind! Paint them, dye them, mist them, ink them....the possibilities are only as endless as your creativity. Alter and distress until your heart's content, these tough little embellies are made from premium materials and can take the abuse. Each package includes six heavy weight chipboard house pieces and six double sided corrugated board house pieces (12 pieces total). Made in the USA.

Basically Bare - Basically Embellies - Bare Basics - Acrylic Chipboard and Felt Pieces - Celestial Shapes
Last but not the least I have choosen the Celestial shapes. They are beautiful and I love that they are in different materials. I would use them together with the houses on pages in the book and on cards. I like to use embossing powder on chipboard embellies and here there is also embossable acrylic, how cool is that. Golden stars and moon would look good with the colors I have choosen. Pan Pastell work well with the felt clouds.
