Handmade books

Here I have two handmade books with longstitch binding. One cardboardcover is painted with mixedmedia techniques and the other one is cardboard covered with burlap and some splashes with paint.

Junk Journal at Bømlo Scrappevake

 Happy Saturday everybody. 

My first class at Bømlo Scrappevake was a junkjournal workshop. Here we have a group selfie of the creative and very lovely ladies. They made some really cool pages as you will see furter down .

First we all made junkjournals and then everybody made some backgrounds and collage pages.

The most important thing, the process. 

Flipping through magazines and stash to find that perfect paper.

There where even time for some celebration during friday evening.

Today I have some pictures from my layout workshop at Bømlo Scrappevake. It was all about how to use black gesso to make some debt to the background. Here is my example layout.

Bømlo Scrappevake - Mixed media card class

This weekend I went to Bømlo Scrappevake where I was invited to teach 3 mixed media classes. Today I want to share pictures from the mixedmedia card class I had on saturday morning : Hvit Lykke! 11 creative ladies did an amazing job with their cards.

Here are my two examples made for the class.

The kits had som real treasure and with help from scrappy friends I managed to get beautiful Prima flowers to all the ladies at my class.
